Just Curious About These Singles' Sites

I've been told I'm easy going and patient. I love a good sense of humor, because I love to laugh. My writing tends to sound more serious than I may be actually thinking. I consider that one of the pitfalls of communicating online. I care about people, how things affect them, but I'm not an enabler. I admire strong, goal-oriented people, because I feel like I'm that type. I would love to travel, and will someday embark on overseas travel, once I can wrap my mind around being on a plane for over 4 hours. I would love to go to Africa, China, So. America, the South Pacific, Italy, Spain...pretty much in that order. I like men that like women...I mean really like them as people and do not lump them all in one bag. I can hold up my end of a conversation, and I can be quiet. My hobbies are art, computers and writing. My work consists of renovating properties. I try to complete at least one a year. No, I don't do the actual work myself -- I hire people for that, although I often do the painting and clean-up - ugh! In short, I just like to keep busy, enjoy spending time with people who do interesting things and more than just lounging around. Looking For: Just a regular guy who'd love to have someone to chat with on occasions. He should have an even-temper, not subject to extremes, be easy to talk to and laugh with. Tall is always nice, because I'm tall. I'm not sure if I'm looking for a mate, but I know I'd love to meet anyone who'd like to make a real friend. His children, if he has any, should be of age and on their own, as mine are, although an older teen is cool. I love kids -- I'm just done raising them. I'd rather enjoy the fine person they've grown into. The man must be a "working-man," financially independent, self-sufficient, in good physical, mental and emotional health. No drugs or regular drinking.
